Alternating arrangement of the rollers according to the size error can significantly improve the rotation accuracy of the bearing; the even-order roundness error of the roller surface has an effect on the rotation of the bearing. The accuracy has a significant impact, and its degree of influence depends on the relationship between the order of the roundness error of the roller surface and the number of rollers, and the influence of the odd-order roundness error of the roller surface on the rotation accuracy of the bearing is almost negligible; the roller surface is round The higher the degree of error order, the greater the influence of the number of rollers on the rotation accuracy of the bearing; increasing the number of rollers does not always improve the rotation accuracy of the bearing.
